Exchanges and Refunds

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Period:

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at hello@nodresscodeny.co. They will provide you with detailed instructions and the address to which your return or exchange item should be sent.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Customer's Responsibility for Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged and shipped to the address provided by our customer service.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, this process may take several business days to complete after the receipt of the returned item.

Processing Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new product to you. Please be aware that the shipping of the new item will also be at the customer's expense.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a resolution. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and the replacement item.
